Second day of TAM...

Today has gotten off to a much, much better start! I done my workout at 10 o'clock this morning- go me, I'm rather proud of myself :-D. What I found bizarre was how much I did not hurt in the usualy places- when I was on the Tracy Anderson Facebook page many of the women kept saying "just keep working through the burn" or "learn to love the burn" however I didnt feel a burn at all, thought christ I'm so not soind this. It was more of a bizarre numb cramp if that makes sense. At first I thought I must not be doing it right then I realised that that feeling is my accesory muslces working- they have never been worked like that before. It is amazing! The women really knows what she is doing. I feel so but in a good way. I have a slight tension head but only becuase I have not drunk anywhere near enuogh water today- so I am giong to gop find me a waterfall!

I am soo chuffed I made tomato minestrone soup for my diet today- I have never made soup in my life (unless its tinned) andddd I woudlnt have been too bothered if it tasted like toilet water but hey! it actually tasted AMAZINGGGGG! Like your mum or someone would make. I brought a flask to college and demolished the whole thing!

Must admit its 3.20pm and I am Starvinggggggggggg.. again not had enough water. But I need to wait at least another 2 hours till my dinner- Steamed cod and roasted asparagus. Is it true asparagus makes your pea smell? hope not :-s So dinner should take me to what 6pm roughly then I have like another 4 hours at least until bed. Oooft thats going to be tricky! arghhh I forgot I get to have a snack- chocolate and chestnut pudding :O yummy!

First day of the TAM...

Hello my beautiful bloggers! Today was suppose to be my first day on my quest to a rockin' smokin' hot body... and I have failed miserably! My diet was suppose to be as follows:

Strawberry mint salad

Tomato Minestrone Soup

Steam cod and roasted asparagus

However my actual diet today consisted of this:

Grapes and an orange
(very different but still fruit eh? so off to a goo start :-D)

Crisps and a yoghurt
(okay so this is where I think I started to go down hill)

Spaghetti bolognas and a donut
(FAILED MISERABLY!)

I failed as I did not buy the ingredients to my diet the night before- stupid girl! ALTHOUGH!! I am not going to let my crappy will power let me down :-D I will be tiny totty! I found this blog which was very inspiring- Check it out! http://laurastroud.blogspot.com/2010/09/ok-everyone.html

Very motivational. Especially the 3 week before an after- she has abs in 3 weeks :O we can do it ladies.

Okay I am going to dash and google pictures of Nicola Scherzniger then do my TAM workout DVD and goto Tesco to buy all my ingredients for my diet tomorrow. Rock hard abs here I come!

I am starting the Tracey Anderson Method!

Yesterday I decided I wanted "The Secret" book to inspire and motivate me- so I took a little wander into WHSmiths and walked out with the "Tracy Anderson 30-day Method". Has anyone tried this or know of anyone who has? We all know its Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonnas personal trainer but its a different story when your sitting in your house with only the book and DVD to motivate you. I have read the whole book and I must say she is very convincing! I am going to start the "Method" on Monday- I have written in my diary all the different sequences, what I will be eating, what I need to buy- food wise. Fingers crossed blogger! According to my calculations my body should look very different by the 19th of April!

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated girls!!

I loved this outfit! It was floaty enough so that I didn't need to feel the constant need to hold my belly in :-D Ladies we all know how good it is to find an outfit we can dance about in comfortably! This was one of those. Not only did I have a comfy dress on my wedges were like slippers!! I swear it :O I couldn't believe my luck when I found them- Good old Primark. I think thats why I was smiling so much :-D was an awesome night! Love you all bloggers- Oh I bought the Tracey Anderson Method book- anyone tried it? Once I read it I'll let you know how get on "Perfection in 30-days" apparently- fingers crossed it gives me abs lol.

Right! One of my goals was to drop a dress size, soo this is a bit of a keep fit inspiration post! I have been hitting the gym really well since January then I went to London for a few days and it all went down the drain (sad face :( )

I am just after watching the life story of Celine Dion and how she became famous! This has inspired me to get off my butt and get my finger out! Now I don't want to be famous but I do want to be successful :O So today I am going to make today very productive! Bruno Mars Outfit...

Sooo this is the night I have been so looking forward too; last night we were suppose to have bought tickets to sit with Bruno Mars in the VIP area of his after show party but that never happened- we just bought tickets into th club :| So all that extra effort doing my hair and make-up to make Bruno want to marry me was a waste of time :( however my girlies and I had an amazing night dancing on the stage till the early hours :D

Now I am a big fan of Mr Mars however all we seen him do was a verse and a chorus of this song because he got too scared! WTF. The club was full of people dyinggg to see him and he is a lazy wee buggar. Also turns out when he was doing the meet and greet in the VIP he was refusing pictures- you've gone down in my estimation Bruno! Silly man!

Anyway ^^^ That was what I wore, lol.

I was qued outside in the freeezing Scottish weather for like 5 hours however it was all worth it as my friend Cheryl got throughh! So off we go for round two tomorrow. This is what I wore to the Russell Howard concert on Saturday, I got to premier my new Jefferey Campbells! They are like walking on slippers I swear it :O

How amazing are chinos? You can actually wear almost anything with them and you look cool as feck! H&M are doing all colours for like £9.99 :O I Shall be taking a trip to there as I want a grey pair for going to see Bruno Mars this week.

Oh I also have to show you guys this genius new way of wearing your hair extensions permanently- its like a safe weave! Watch this space! <3

H&M Nail polish review...

I bought these nail polishes from H&m after I seen them on someones blog (Cant remember whos) and they are soo worth the money; I got these four for £1.99 :O how can you complain. You could get away with one coat (bar the yellow) But I have put two coats on here. They havent chipped yet :O which is a good sign. I say get them now :D

I was in dire need of some beauty essentials so stopped by Superdrug today and here are my gooodies!

Batise Dry Shampoo- I think this may just be the greatest invention in the world but does anyone else think it runs out sooo quickly?
Yoghurt and Lime Shampoo&Conditioner- Never used this before I always use Tresemme but my gosh this sounds good enough to freekin eat!
Sensodyne Pro Enamel-I have terribly sensitive teeth thought it was time to do something about it aha.
Macleans-Some ordinary toothpaste ye know?
Hairspray- a mandatory object
Kirbies/Bobbypins- the only ones they have the look kinda cheap so not sure if they'll do the job
Nivea Deodrant-this soothes your underarms too apparently and smells like heaven on can
Cheap wipes- I use these for taking the make-up off my hands, lips and eyebrow areas aha not bad for £1.00
Toothbrush(s) New one for my house and one for my boyfriends house :D
Double sided nail pen- Awesome little invention too (this will be in my giveaway)

What beauty essentials cant you guys live without? For me its everything!

Things needed for the summer...

1. A Bad boy pair of wedges, I like these ones from Topshop £68 they seem more for nights out (I rarely wear heels daily I look like a giant!)

2. Its between satchel and duffle bags for me this summer, I think I am going to go for a nude satchel? however this duffel is just as gorgeous. Hmmm... Dilemma. What do you think? Satchel Asos.com £65 Duffel £50 Oasis.

3. Some bitching sunglasses! I like these ones from Le Spec £45, I always think everyone has there own sunglass taste/style. Do you like this style?

Outfit of the day (well saturday)

I didn't actually wear this today, this is the outfit I wore to go to a kind of garden centre, outdoor park, garden walk type of place, lol! It was kind just threw together but I figured I better post something soon! Get this bad boy blog up and running. My boyfriend took some really cool pictures of my in the foresty area on Saturday I will post these later! (posted them on the same post just now lol)
